Seasonal, naturally-grown vegetables, fruits, and herbs that are harvested fresh from our fields. Everything is grown through organic methods, without the use of synthetic chemicals.
What You Can Expect in Your Produce Box:
What’s included in each box changes based on seasonality and availability, but you can expect roughly 6-7 different items from the list below. We do our best to provide a balanced combination of these items.
Throughout the year, we grow: arugula, beets, broccolini, broccoli sprouts, cabbage, carrots, collard greens, cucumbers, eggplant, onions, cilantro, parsley, kale, lettuce, okra, peppers, radishes, spinach, squash, tomatoes, swiss chard, turnips, and more!

We offer $5 delivery in Ellis county on all products, and free pickup in Waxahachie.

Storage Instructions
Eggs
- Our eggs are ungraded and unwashed, so they do not need to be refrigerated. Once you receive them, you can store them on your countertop or put them in the refrigerator. Eggs will vary in size from small to large.
- Unwashed eggs will last at least two weeks non-refrigerated, and a couple of months if refrigerated. Washed eggs should be refrigerated, because the natural bloom has been removed.
