Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until it is browned and fully cooked.
- Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- To assemble the wraps, spoon a small amount of the ground chicken mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf. Top with sliced green onions and any other desired toppings.
- Roll up the lettuce leaves and enjoy!
